Fresh Calibration Standards
Order Your Fresh Calibration Samples from Eurofins Milk Testing Denmark A/S
At Eurofins Milk Testing Denmark A/S we produce different types of calibration samples for calibrating FTIR equipment. Our product portfolio consists of everything from regular non-homogenized and unpasteurized bulk tank milk to a number of special products.
We produce the fresh calibration samples every second week with fresh milk from Danish dairies and farms. It is a great advantage for our customers, that the calibration of the equipment is done using the same milk, that the customers use themselves.
A preservative is added to our standards, which means a shelf life of up to 14 days when stored at 4°C.
If you are looking for shock-frozen calibration samples, you can read more and order them here.
The samples are used in the following way:
Place the standards at room temperature for 60 minutes. Then heat the standards in a water bath to 38°C for 20 minutes. After this, gently invert the standards 20 times and measure immediately thereafter on FTIR equipment. The samples cannot be reused.
The fresh calibration samples are produced as follow:
Monday: production of all fresh calibration samples.
Tuesday: the standards are dispatched from us to the customers. The standards are packaged in our own styrofoam boxes together with a cooling element to keep them cool during transport for up to 48 hours.
Wednesday: customers receive the standards.
Thursday: around 2:00 PM, results of the analyses for the parameters of the standards are uploadet to this web site.
